How To Handle “Perfection” As A Company

A car is never working “properly”.

Every moment, a certain part is not necessarily broken, but not in perfect condition. With every use, it gets away from its 100% capacity.

What will you do about it? It sounds natural: ignore that and keep on using the car — fix stuff when it needs fixing or, if you manage to become precautious from time to time, be timely about it.

A SaaS company is in the same position. Obviously, at every point, there are things burning or things that could be better.

However, a SaaS company is not something you ever want to stop. So the “car” analogy applies, but it’s always moving.

It’ll never be perfect, so you might as well keep up the momentum.
